Public Relations and Publicty programme aims to provide an academic competence, which integrates with practice, to students who want to have a career on public relations field. While doing so, the programe updates itself by getting maintenance from the profession organisations from the field. The curriculum consist of classes both theoric and applying such as, public relations management, project management on public relations, writing techniques on public relations, journalism, advertising and event management. Students improve their writing skills for the journal of Vocational School “Yaprak”, and have a chance to know the sector by the technical visits to advertising agencies. At the end of two years education, students have the ability to develop public relations campaign, do research, analyze cunsomer behavior and use interpersonal communication skills effectively.
